Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a dedicated dietary supervisor to oversee dietary services for our 100-bed Senior Living Community in Westlake, OH. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards, in alignment with the Administration and Dietitian guidance.

Montessori-inspired living emphasizes dignity, equality, and respect for residents. The team values flexibility, engagement, and competitive compensation as part of a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School education with additional DietaryManager training preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Previous experience required.
• On call required.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• To supervise dietary services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, the facility's policies and procedures, and as may be directed by Administration and/or Dietitian.
• Support Montessori-Inspired Living community values by treating all residents with dignity, equality, and respect.
