Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for our residents in a 100-bed senior living community.

You will perform day-to-day housekeeping duties in line with federal, state and local standards and our Montessori-Inspired Living® principles, treating residents with dignity, equality and respect while supporting a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or the ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

General Purpose

To perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, facility policies, and as may be directed the Housekeeping Supervisor, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
