Job summary

The Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a friendly Server to provide dining and table service to residents and guests in our Westlake dining rooms. You will set up dining areas, serve meals, and keep the rooms clean in accordance with sanitary procedures.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, have experience in dining hospitality, can multitask, communicate clearly, and work well in a team. We offer flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

General Purpose

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
