Dining Services Director Responsibilities include:

• Conducting inventory, purchasing, storing, and preparing food according to menus and regulations.
• Maintaining safety and sanitation standards through established procedures.
• Providing leadership and supervision to dietary staff, including hiring, evaluating, and recommending pay raises.
• Maintaining records of dietary operations, submitting purchase invoices and receipts for processing, including coding as needed.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control.

Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
