Oakmont Senior Living in Fresno, CA is seeking a friendly Part-Time Server to join our dining team. You will serve residents, families and guests with courteous service, take orders, and maintain the dining area in line with our five-star care standards.

No prior experience is required; we train. Applicants must be at least 16 with a high school diploma or equivalent, possess excellent customer service, and work well in a team. Eligible staff receive comprehensive benefits and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Background check and health screenings including TB tests are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and clean dining environment.
• Promote teamwork across staff and departments.
