Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Dining Server to join our Lafayette Commons Dining Room. This part-time/casual position offers day or evening shifts with varied hours between 7am–7pm and pays starting at $16/hour.

As part of our team, you will provide prompt and courteous service, pour beverages, prepare cold items, and maintain dining room cleanliness while participating in trainings and daily service meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Server in the food industry.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pour and serve beverages for the residents.
• Prepare cold items according to production sheets and menu.
• Perform cleaning tasks in the dining room and server prep area.
• Attend daily service meeting, in services and required training sessions.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
