Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a clean dining area while respecting dietary restrictions and safety standards. On-site employment with flexible evening shifts and competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), highly preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for subsequent service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with their meal and menu selections, and attending to their dining needs, as necessary or requested.
• Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and in their care plan.
• Track resident meal attendance and communicate with the designated team members in a timely manner for a safety check on absent residents.
