Responsibilities

Takes written food orders and serves meals to residents, family members and visitors in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
Assist residents with meal/menu selections as necessary or requested.
Review residents' dietary needs as outlined by Supervisor.
Track resident attendance at meals and report to the appropriate person.
Greet and seat residents, ensure a welcoming environment for new residents.
Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area and adhere to policies for safe food handling.
Serve, clear tables, and reset as needed; support kitchen and dining staff as directed.
