Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Seattle, WA is seeking a Part-Time Server to deliver high-quality dining service to residents, accommodating preferences and maintaining a welcoming dining room. You will work flexible weekend/holiday shifts, providing attentive service and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will assist with tray delivery, seating, and meal service while upholding food safety standards and professional conduct, contributing to a positive community dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in restaurant operations or ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking orders and serving meals to residents and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables.
• Attend to residents' dining needs and assist with menu selections.
• Review residents' dietary needs and care plans.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and follow safety protocols.
