Job summary

The Village at Orchard Ridge in Ridge, Alabama is seeking a Full-Time Dining Server to provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and help keep the dining room welcoming and efficient.

This role offers day and evening shifts, with pay range $14.50 - $17.25 per hour, based on experience. Join a team dedicated to hospitality, resident well-being, and exceptional service, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout a shift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive table service to residents and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Providing friendly and attentive table service to residents and guests
• Taking meal orders and serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting
• Assisting with dining room setup and closing responsibilities
• Building positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service
• Working closely with kitchen and dining team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Following food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards
