Community First Solutions in Bloomfield Hills is seeking a Dining Room Server to create exceptional dining experiences for residents at Orchard Hill. You will ensure meals are delivered promptly, dining areas remain clean, and residents receive friendly, respectful service in a supportive environment.

The role is full-time with shift options 7:30am-2:30pm or 12:00pm-7:00pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, based on experience.

Overview

Make a meaningful impact every day by providing exceptional dining experiences that nourish, comfort, and bring joy—supporting the well-being of the residents who call our community home. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating an expectational dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident-first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: Starting at $14.00/hr, based on years of experience

Schedule: Full Time 7:30am-2:30pm and 12:00pm-7:00pm, every other weekend and holiday rotation. Must be flexible with hours.
