The Heritage at College View in Hastings, NE is seeking a Dining Server to provide personalized dining service to residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and assist with cleanup in a warm, community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes safe, sanitary practices and quick, friendly communication with residents and families. Entry-level eligibility with a strong interest in senior living is encouraged; shifts may vary across mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights).
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip‑resistant shoes, and gloves as required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As a Dining Server, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing personalized dining service, including taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with all clean-up procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring they are safe, organized, and sanitary according to cleaning schedules and requirements.
• Inspecting dining supplies, utensils and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members .

Requirements
