The Heritage at College View in Hastings, NE is seeking a Dining Server to provide personalized dining service to residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and assist with cleanup in a warm, community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes safe, sanitary practices and quick, friendly communication with residents and families. Entry-level eligibility with a strong interest in senior living is encouraged; shifts may vary across mornings and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights).
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip‑resistant shoes, and gloves as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized dining service, take orders, serve meals, and assist with cleanup.
• Prepare and maintain dining, kitchen, and storage areas safely and sanitary.
• Inspect dining supplies, utensils and equipment, and suggest replacements as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
