Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Isle of Palms, SC is seeking a Restaurant Food Runner to support the RBR restaurant operations under the Food & Beverage Director. This role focuses on delivering food and drinks to guests with professionalism.

Responsibilities include timely service, maintaining station cleanliness, handling payments per policy, resetting tables, and staying informed about hotel amenities and local area events. The position requires at least one year of prior food runner experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a restaurant food runner role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests with appropriate condiments.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy.
• Reset tables.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area.
• All other tasks and duties as assigned.

The restaurant RBR works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director. The primary responsibilities include bussing table, delivering food and drinks to guests in a professional manner and providing exceptional service to your guests, and assisting server.
