Job summary

Skillets Restaurants in Naples, FL is seeking a reliable Busser to support our dining team by clearing and resetting tables and assisting servers throughout service.

You will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment, handle guest requests politely, stock supplies, assist with small cleaning tasks, and follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe, enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Busser preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and maintain stamina.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Resetting tables and ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guests.
• Refill water glasses and restock necessary items.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist in general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
