Skillets in Sarasota, FL is seeking a reliable Busser to support our dining team and ensure a positive guest experience. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area.

The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Busser or similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Clearing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and stored.
• Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Resetting tables and ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for the next guests.
• Refilling water glasses and restocking necessary items.
• Handling guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Assisting in general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and serving staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Following all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
