Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Supervisor or Lead Server experience preferred in restaurant, food service, or health-related facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house operations of the community.
• Hire, train, and schedule dining servers as a supervisor.
• Assure the safety and enhancement of the dining area.
• Assist the Dining Director with assigned tasks.
