Silvercrest's Village Shores in Richfield, MN is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations in our community. The role is full-time with a salary between $41,000 and $43,000 per year.

You will hire, train, and schedule dining servers, ensure dining area safety, and assist the Dining Director with assigned tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior supervisory or lead server experience in food service or health-related facilities is preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Supervisor or Lead Server experience preferred in a restaurant, food service, or health-related facility.
