Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC is seeking a dining room supervisor to oversee wait staff, prepare dining areas for meals, and ensure top-notch service for residents and guests. The role emphasizes clean uniforms, attentive seating, and prompt table maintenance in a senior living setting.

The position requires weekend and holiday availability, prior hospitality or dining room experience, and a high school diploma or GED. SRG values quality service and teamwork in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Supervise wait staff in preparing dining room for meals, serving meals to residents and guests, and servicing dining room after meals.
Ensure wait staff dress in designated uniforms that are clean and pressed; maintain daily menu board.
Ensure dining room personnel provide exceptional customer service in seating residents, presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions.
Ensure tables are promptly bused, cleared, and reset in a timely and appropriate manner.
