Job summary

Senior Living Residences Marlboro is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead front-of-house staff, oversee service during meals, and maintain a welcoming dining experience for residents.

This role requires strong communication, at least one year of supervising staff, and a Food Safety certification preference. The position offers full-time hours Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full Time: Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $18- $20 per hour, based on work experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Leadership : One year of experience with supervising or training staff
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
