Job summary

Williamsburg Landing in Williamsburg, Virginia, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor (Full Time) to supervise servers, manage meals, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests. The role includes leading trainings, coordinating events, and maintaining service standards across venues.

The position reports to the Dining Room Manager and Dining Services Operations Manager, and requires upholding food safety, therapeutic-diet knowledge, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Oversee dining staff and ensure service quality.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of therapeutic dining needs preferred.
• TIPs certification within first year of employment.
• Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee appearance of dining venues and service flow.
• Lead trainings on etiquette, serving techniques, and sanitary standards.
• Coordinate events and ensure staffing meets event needs.
• Resolve resident complaints and implement improvements.
• Ensure POS accuracy and appropriate charges.
