Job summary

The Heritage Tradition is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to assist in supervising wait staff, preparing dining areas for meals, and serving residents and guests. The role emphasizes maintaining high-quality service, coordinating seasonal menus, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for all residents and visitors.

You will support staffing, uphold professional standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that values growth and consistency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in hospitality, residential, or club dining rooms preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wait staff in preparing the dining room for meals.
• Serve meals to residents and guests and maintain dining room after meals.
• Ensure staff dresses in designated uniforms, clean and pressed.
• Manage daily menu board and staffing schedules; monitor overtime and budgets.
• Provide exceptional customer service in seating, menus, and suggesting food/services.
• Direct and supervise dining room staff per policies and laws; interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees.
