The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations, greet and seat residents, and supervise dining room staff to ensure a high-quality experience. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising service during meals and events, and upholding Platinum Service standards by delivering courteous care to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some supervisory experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the dining room.
• Ensures smooth and timely opening of the dining room, including the facilitation of the pre-meal meeting.
• Coordinates staffing schedules to ensure staffing requirements are met on a daily basis.
• Assign staff to designated sections and appropriate side work.
• Inspects cleaning and closing of the dining room.
• Provides supervision for special functions.
• Greet and seat residents and guests.
• Ensures consistently high-quality customer service in the dining room.
• Ensures appropriate check control and resident charge procedures.
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
