Westmont Living is seeking a warm, service-driven Dining Room Supervisor for Westmont of Escondido to lead the dining team and create an exceptional experience for residents, families, and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining services, hospitality, or senior living preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take and coordinate meal orders, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen and accurate service.
• Serve meals in a friendly, professional, and dignified manner.
• Oversee dining room setup for each meal, including cleanliness, stocking, and table presentation.
• Ensure proper serving techniques and dining etiquette are consistently followed.
• Supervise and support team members in service execution and communication with the kitchen.
• Maintain smooth pacing of meal service so residents enjoy each course comfortably and at the right temperature.
• Assist residents with menu selections and ensure adherence to special dietary needs and therapeutic diets.
• Communicate and document dietary concerns or refusals as needed.
• Coordinate tray service and delivery to resident apartments.
• Present menus, answer questions, and highlight daily specials
