Belmont Village Senior Living in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Dining Room Server to provide attentive, personalized dining service in our on-site restaurant and to support special event service in our Assisted Living community. You will take orders, suggest menu items, deliver food and beverages promptly, keep dining areas clean, and help set up for service while coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong multi-tasking and teamwork skills.
• Hospitable, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Prior dining/restaurant server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized dining service to assigned tables.
• Take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure correct temperature and presentation of orders.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service.
• Assist with meal service at special events within the community.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest-focused service throughout meals.
