Job summary

Community First Solutions in Mason, OH is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to deliver meals with a five‑star, resident‑first service and create a warm dining experience for residents.

You’ll work with Dining Leadership to keep trays, tables, and dining areas organized and stocked, while upholding cleanliness and food safety.

The role offers Full Time, Part Time, or Flexible schedules, with starting pay at $14 per hour and sign‑on bonuses of $1,000 for full‑time or $500 for part‑time.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals efficiently and ensure timely service.

You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.
