Job summary

Community First Solutions in Mason, OH seeks a friendly Dining Room Server to deliver meals and provide five-star service to residents in our luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living setting.

You’ll keep dining areas clean, assist with tray assembly, follow dietary instructions, and work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure a smooth service alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner.

Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five-star, white‑glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident‑first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality‑driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.

Pay: Starting at $14/hr, based on years of experience
