Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Dining Room Server in Hamilton, Ohio to deliver meals and support a resident-centered dining experience in our senior living and healthcare communities.

You will maintain a clean dining area, follow dietary guidelines, and provide compassionate service to residents every day. Wage starts at $14/hour and the schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Community First Solutions is seeking Dining Room Servers to join our teams at our senior living and healthcare communities located in Hamilton, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, resident-centered dining experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and providing friendly, compassionate service that makes residents feel valued and cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections with older adults, thrives in a hospitality-driven setting, and takes pride in making every meal a positive experience.

Pay: Starting at $14/hr, based on years of experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm, no weekends!
