Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Milford, MA is seeking dining associates to deliver superior customer service and a gourmet dining experience for our senior residents. You will work in a safe, home-like environment and participate in a comprehensive benefits program starting on day one.

Available shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a starting rate of $16 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements included lifting trays and moving items as part of dining service.
• Effective communication with residents and coworkers is essential.
• Punctuality and reliability are expected to meet residents' daily living needs.

Responsibilities

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full Time or Part Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting rate at $16 per hour based on work experience

WHAT OUR DINING ASSOCIATES DO:

• Greet residents and guests during meal times
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times

• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
