Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Associate at Cornerstone Milford to provide direct, compassionate care to our senior residents. You will engage in daily activities, assist with meals, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Per Diem
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Per Diem, Full Time

Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $19.50 per hour; We do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours)

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
