Arbor Terrace Lake Worth in Lake Worth, FL is hiring Dining Servers for full-time or part-time shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Join a team that delivers warm, outstanding dining experiences in a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include friendly table service, building relationships with residents, assisting with dining room setup and service, and collaborating with culinary staff. Excellent customer service skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
