Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a server to deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus at our community. You will bring cheerful energy to residents during meals and help fulfill special requests, while assisting your team to keep the dining room inviting and well organized.

We provide competitive pay ($16–$17.70/hr, based on experience), PTO for all staff, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
• Ability to maintain positive resident relations through courteous, cooperative and understanding manner.

Responsibilities
