Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a server to deliver restaurant-style dining with a warm, hospitality-driven approach in our community dining rooms. You will bring cheerful energy to residents during meals and help accommodate special requests, while maintaining a clean, inviting dining area.

This role emphasizes teamwork and respectful resident relations to ensure a positive experience for all. Flexibility with shifts on mornings and evenings supports a variety of schedules, and full-time/part-time

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly dining service to residents is preferred.
• Ability to maintain resident relations with courtesy and cooperation.
• Pass a level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver restaurant-style dining with a hospitality focus.
• Provide cheerful service to residents during meals.
• Assist residents with special requests and maintain a clean dining room.
