Dining Room Server – Full-Time & Part-Time

Looking for a server position where you can build relationships, enjoy a welcoming environment, and make a difference every shift?

The Arbor Company is looking for friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers to join our senior living community. You’ll provide restaurant-style service to our residents while helping make mealtime one of the best parts of their day.

No late nights!

Available Schedules:

Full-Time

• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Part-Time

• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As a Dining Room Server, you’ll help create a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents. You will:

• Provide friendly, restaurant-style meal service
• Greet residents with a smile and get to know their preferences
• Take and deliver meal and beverage requests
• Assist residents with special dining requests
• Set, clear, and reset tables
• Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
• Work alongside a supportive dining team to provide excellent service

You’ll Be Great on This Team If You:

• Enjoy helping and interacting with others
• Are dependable and work well as part of a team
• Provide courteous and respectful service
• Are willing to learn — restaurant or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
