Job summary

All American Assisted Living at Tinton Falls in New Jersey is hiring friendly Dining Room Servers to join our team. In this role, you will take meal orders, serve food and beverages, clear and reset tables, and assist with basic dining room and dish room responsibilities, helping create a welcoming experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Set and prepare dining room tables before meals.
• Help residents find comfortable seating.
• Take meal and beverage orders.
• Explain available menu options when needed.
• Serve meals, beverages, desserts, coffee and tea.
• Refill water and offer additional servings.
• Clear and reset tables between meals; keep the dining room clean and welcoming.
• Assist in the dish room, including operating the dishwasher and putting away clean dishes.
• Safely store and return walkers and other mobility devices.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.
• Work cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and coworkers.
• Complete other dining service duties as assigned.
