Job summary

LE CAFE DU SUD LLC is seeking a dependable Runner/Busser to support front-of-house and service teams, delivering food and beverages promptly, clearing tables, and keeping areas clean and welcoming.

You will work in a fast-paced dining environment, staying organized, communicating with kitchen and floor staff, and contributing to a great guest experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required to support peak times and guest flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Willingness to stand, walk, and move throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately.
• Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly.
• Reset tables to standard before the next guests.
• Assist servers by anticipating guest and team needs on busy shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and service spaces.
• Refill water and restock supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
