Job summary

Southerleigh Brewing Company is seeking a motivated Food Runner/Busser to support dining service by expediting dishes and assisting with table upkeep in a fast-paced setting. You will help ensure a smooth, hospitable experience for guests and contribute to a clean, organized dining area.

You will deliver dishes, stock condiments, wipe and reset tables, and assist the team in maintaining efficiency and guest satisfaction during busy service hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools or machines used in service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Capability to lift, carry, or move heavy objects safely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering dishes to the correct tables.
• Preparing sauces and condiments.
• Wipe tables and seats with sanitizer and cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to support customer service.
