Quaintance-Weaver Inc. is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to join our Greensboro team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Lead a high-performing dining room team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards.

You will manage shifts, recruit and develop staff, and oversee payroll, cost control, and daily reporting while maintaining high cleanliness and safety.

Formación

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership in a full-service, moderate to high-volume setting.
• Friendly, energetic and detail oriented.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, enthusiastic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate clearly and align with the organization’s mission and values.
• Lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee every shift (opening, mid, closing) and coach staff.
• Recruit and hire great people and develop them into team members.
• Manage payroll, daily reports, food cost and wastage.
• Foster staff development and engage in meetings and training opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
• Support maintenance and sanitation compliance.

What are the responsibilities of a Dining Room Manager?

• Communicate clearly and perform consistently while using the mission and values of the organization as your boss
• Be a leader in communication and collaboration each and every day making sure to effectively integrate the needs from multiple departments and service team members
• Lead a team that will focus first on causing delight for our guests by giving outstanding service consistently and following our established systems
• Own each shift consistently, including the opening, mid and closing shifts, while energetically leading and coaching colleagues
• Take responsibility for recruiting and hiring great people, then developing them into Lucky Star staff members
• Take ownership of the financial aspects of the restaurant including payroll, daily reports, food cost and wastage.
• Create an environment where leaders are prompted to further develop their skills in order to grow
• Energetically being involved to all staff members meetings and education opportunities
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that our maintenance, training and sanitation standards are met at all times

What skills and experience are desired for a Dining Room Manager?

• 2 plus years of experience in restaurant leadership in a full-service, moderate to high volume restaurant
• Friendly, energetic and detail focused
• Strong leadership skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment
