OCEAN PRIME is seeking a DINING ROOM MANAGER to join our team at Prime Social!

What is Your Role? To make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.

Summary: It is the responsibility of a Dining Room Manager to assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operation in accordance with the philosophy, culture, guidelines, and objectives. Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, sanitation, safety, and service levels. Oversee the evaluation and assignment of work and recommend personnel actions based on performance.

Essential Responsibilities: Include the following and other duties as assigned:

  • Report to work on time as scheduled. Maintain a clean uniform meeting restaurant standards. Practice good personal hygiene during all shifts.
  • Exemplify hospitality standards. Address guests' questions and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as priority.
  • Collaborate with management and co-workers to assist with duties when needed. Provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Report unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
  • Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
  • Perform all duties and stay knowledgeable of standards and procedures as outlined in the associate handbook.
