Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise an F&B Outlet and manage daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring performance and profit goals are met.
  2. Create schedules, control labor costs, and meet staffing and guest satisfaction objectives.
  3. Assist in departmental budgeting, ensure compliance, and report concerns.
  4. Promote and ensure superior customer service aligned with company standards.
  5. Enforce gaming laws and regulations related to the Food & Beverage Department.
  6. Maintain food service procedures and inspect menu items for quality.
  7. Support sanitation and service quality in the outlet.
  8. Monitor inventory and cost control procedures.
  9. Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
  10. Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and company matters.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience; minimum two years supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Staff development, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Read and interpret documents in English.
  • Apply common sense to instructions and problems.
  • Qualify for necessary licenses and complete TiPS training.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand, reach, and perform physical tasks. Work environment includes moderate noise and possible exposure to secondhand smoke.
