Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, is seeking a Dining Room Manager to support the Food & Beverage Director across all dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences.

You will lead dining staff, uphold polished hospitality, coach on wine and service, and collaborate with the culinary team on menus and events, while managing scheduling, purchasing, and safety. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Food & Beverage Director with daily dining operations across all outlets.
• Lead and mentor dining staff to uphold service standards and hospitality.
• Plan and execute group dining events and special occasions.
• Oversee purchasing, scheduling, and timesheet verification.
• Open/close dining venues and ensure spaces are prepared for service.
• Monitor safety, inventory, and equipment; coordinate with culinary team.
• Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Support hiring and disciplinary actions in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Ensure staff grooming and professional appearance.
