Responsibilities

• Prepare the Dining Room and service areas before each meal period.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations throughout service.
• Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining dining atmosphere.
• Assist servers with water, bread service, food running, and guest needs.
• Anticipate when areas need attention without being asked.
• Support timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Communicate guest needs and priorities with servers and leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in Dining Room and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for private dining and events.
• Support in-room dining and other dining operations as needed.
• Handle guest belongings and service equipment carefully.
• Maintain calm, polished presence during busy service.
• Assist Dining team to ensure seamless service.
