Job summary

Twin Farms, a luxury all-inclusive resort in Vermont, seeks a Dining Room Manager to support the Food & Beverage Director in daily dining operations and leadership across multiple venues, including The Dining Room, Twigg’s, Lewis Thompson Dining Room, and the Wine Cellar.

You will uphold service standards, mentor staff on service techniques and wine knowledge, and closely collaborate with culinary teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless guest experiences across all outlets.

• Flexible and reliable availability, including opening/closing dining areas, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Director with daily operations across all dining outlets.
• Lead and motivate staff, manage performance and optimize resources.
• Establish service standards reflecting polished hospitality and guest focus.
• Coach staff in service techniques, wine knowledge, and guest interactions.
• Plan and execute group dining experiences and special events.
• Handle department administration, including scheduling, purchase orders, and timesheet reviews.
• Communicate daily dining operations across the department and coordinate with culinary teams.
• Oversee room setups and ensure proper safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support guest relations and resolve issues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with hiring initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources on corrective actions.
• Maintain grooming and attire standards to uphold professional image.
