Troon's Atkinson Resort and Golf Club is seeking a Full-Time Dining Room Manager to lead dining operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, supervising staff, and collaborating with the culinary and food & beverage teams.

The position offers a $65,000/year compensation and requires shift flexibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to service excellence within a Troon-managed property.

Qualifications

• One year supervisory or management experience in full-service dining preferred
• Food Handler's Card
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, etc.
• Represents the facility with superior hospitality skills, a professionally engaging personality, a positive outlook, enthusiasm, and respected leadership qualities.
• Effectively collaborates with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager on all food and beverage operations.
• Acts as a liaison between wait staff and the kitchen staff to ensure timely and appropriate communications.
• Circulates throughout the restaurant facilities and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
