Responsibilities

• Uphold standards of professional appearance and promote company culture.
• Ensure all products are served to proper specifications.
• Maintain restaurant sanitation to exceed Health Department standards.
• Supervise hourly associates with leadership and mentoring via to-do lists and evaluations.
• Protect and manage company assets, and maximize revenues.
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors and partners.
• Comply with unemployment, food handling sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
• Onboard and train Front-Of-House associates.
