Job summary

WELLQUEST LIVING LLC in Minden, NV is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead front-of-house operations, ensure guest service excellence, and mentor the dining team. This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and may include varied shifts.

You will oversee uniforms, menu maintenance, staffing, and daily service. The position emphasizes supervising dining room staff, delivering warm hospitality, and upholding company policies and safety standards while maximizing guest

• Make sure that tables are promptly and properly bussed
• Ensure that tables are cleared and reset in a timely and appropriate manner
• Directly supervise employees in the dining room
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems

As the Dining Room Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the front-of-the house operations, setting the example for service excellence while mentoring and supporting your team. This is a full time position. Varying shifts. MUST be willing to work weekends and holidays.
