Anthony's Restaurants is hiring a Dining Room Manager at our Chinooks location.

Experience:
Two or more years of experience in a high-volume, full-service dining kitchen required, preferably in a seafood restaurant.
Qualifications:
Prior restaurant management experience is preferable, but not a necessity. More importantly, we are looking for passionate individuals who work hard and deliver exceptional leadership and service to our team members and guests.
Wage & Benefits Offered:
$25.00 - $34.00 Hourly
Overtime along with an incentive percentage of 0% - 1.55% is decided upon hire and is based on the operating profit of the Restaurant and paid out in accordance of our incentive and period-based cycle.
Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment. Vacation and Sick Time are each separately front loaded at the beginning of the calendar year with 10 days annually and prorated depending on the time of year. Additionally, each manager will have 3 personal floating days to be used annually.
