Front Porch in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a Dining Room Manager for full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Pay ranges from $33.15 to $40.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

ServSafe certification and a 1-year certificate are required. Primary duties include managing dining room service, staff supervision, budget adherence, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Dining Room Manager

Full-time - Sunday - Thursday - 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Dining Services, the Dining Room Manager, is responsible for management of dining room service in the manner most pleasing to residents and their guests. Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of dining room. Supervises and trains dining room staff. Manage within budgetary restraints. Assists in all aspects of the Dining Services Program. Sets goals, objectives and priorities to establish department direction and purpose. Relies on experience, judgment and departmental policy to plan and accomplish goals. Provides an overall excellent dining experience to all levels of care by performing the following duties.

• Must be able to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately
