Job summary

The Arbor Day Foundation's Lied Lodge in Nebraska City seeks a Dining Room Lead to guide day-to-day service, oversee guest experiences, and maintain high standards.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate with Timbers and Culinary teams, supervise servers and bartenders, and adapt to weddings, conferences, and events. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and a commitment to hospitality in a nonprofit environment.

Schedule: Full-Time, flexible
