Job summary

Arbor Day Foundation is seeking a Banquet Server at Arbor Day Farm in Nebraska City. You report to the Assistant Food and Beverage Director and collaborate with leaders and teams to deliver memorable guest experiences while supporting the Foundation’s mission.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong customer service, and a team-first mindset to ensure events run smoothly and guests feel welcomed.

Your Support System

You’ll report to our Assistant Food and Beverage Director. You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Event Set Up. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.

Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus Schedule: Flexible. Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events.
